Just as Orange Islands are a part of Kanto, so since they have their own separate board, why not make a board for Whirl Islands? Well, I suppose we could make a separate board for Seafoam Islands as well... yes...

only thing i remember about the whirl islands is that i found them insanely annoying on pokemon Gold and Crystal. that IS the place u find Lugia right?

Yup, you do find Lugia on Whirl Islands and ohhh boyyy... whirl Islands are proly the most difficult part of Pokem Gold&Crystal
